I recently purchased a 2024 XC90 from another dealer and needed additional key fobs and accessories Cade the service rep was able to assist me in getting this taken care of. I was also made aware that my complementary 20K service had not been done and that they could complete the same day. The place is clean and the people are friendly and professional and will definitely be going back again.
TIL that not all dealerships are the same! After a terrible experience at Rickenbaugh where a sales rep lied to my face about car availability and government rebates, I made the trip down to McDonald and it was absolutely worth it. Errol got me the car that I wanted at a good price without any fuss, and was totally transparent with me about pricing options. If you are looking to buy a Volvo in the greater Denver area, this is the place to do it.

I had a very terrible experience with McDonald Volvo today. As of today March 17th, My lease buyout is not taken care off even though I purchased on Feb 11th. I still had to pay for the lease on Feb 16th the dealer did not take care off the purchase disbursement. I called again on the end of February to follow up on the lease buyout and was told payment was sent Feb 21th. However, The lease payment never stopped and still had to pay for March 16th. The service center alone has created a customer for life! I have had a few quirks with my electric vehicle, pretty common in this new field of automobile, and they have been nothing but wonderful! Very solution oriented and always willing to get me in as soon as possible.

Everything was fast. I was a bit disappointed noticing all the grease used to put the tires on and not even an attempt to clean it up. I would definitely expect a little more from a luxury dealer. Discount tire and Costco have never left my wheels looking like this.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Sam tried to sell me an overpriced car. He assured me several times that it was a great price and they couldn't come down even $100. It was actually priced more than 10k over blue book and Sam was a liar. They pressured us to put a deposit on a vehicle we didn't even have the correct information on. These people are predators. Shop anywhere else, these people will not do you any favors.

Getting an appointing was seamless online process. I delivered my car and was met with a professional service agent. I waited in the lounge, had a cup of coffee and in a hour my car was returned to me. As I said it felt seamless.

Jason Winkler is a valuable employee for MacDonald Volvo. He drove to our house to “help you love your Volvo even more!” He was so helpful! At the end of our lesson he asked if we will be bringing our car to MacDonald for service and added there is only one good answer. I explained that we are about 1 mile from Rickenbaugh Volvo. He says MacDonald services many cars that used to go to Rickenbaugh. We will definitely bring our car to MacDonald Volvo for service! Jason is an amazing young man, you are lucky to have him.

Justin was phenomenal at finding just the right car for us, even though we were very particular about what we wanted. It's hard to find good, conscionable sales people anymore, so it was a delight to work with Justin. He made the whole process easy and comfortable, and spent extra time answering all our questions.
